What to expect for the Gate 101 Training Program:

Eight 1.5-2 hours sessions covering the foundations of our Gate 14 approach to health and fitness. Learn the history, philosophies, movement standards, protocol writing, coaching, safety, cultural touchstones, and psychologies that underpin the Gate 14 method.

Start date: Saturday January 6th.

Session dates: January 6 (11am), January 10 (7pm), January 17 (7pm), January 20 (11am), January 24 (7pm), January 31 (7pm), February 7 (7pm), February 10 (11am)

Meetings will be held at Gate 14 (El Segundo) on Wednesday evenings 7-8:30pm (5 sessions) and Saturdays mornings 11am-1pm (3 sessions). Classes are mandatory. Make-up sessions over Zoom will be available for most sessions. Gate 101 is a one time fee of $245.

Certification will require the successful completion of in-session quizzes, tests, and tutorials.

Certification does not guarantee participants employment. Certification is required to be eligible for invite-only, 10-session trainer shadowing. Employment contingent on Gate 101 certification, ACM or NASM certification, and successful completion of trainer shadowing.

Think of this as a primer that will help explain what's going on "under the hood" during both individual sessions and the larger approach in totality. If being a G14 Trainer is something you are interested in, this is the place to start.
