Welcome to the toughest workout. Ever.

Not all athletes will be able to complete the workout. Athletes are encouraged to get as much done as they can within the 14-hour cutoff, and then return next year to see if they can get through another "gate."
Those who want to do this as a partner workout will complete the same amount of work in a You-Go-I-Go style. Runs do not have to be completed together, but reps can't begin until both athletes return from the run. To sign-up for the partner version of The Gate 14, each participant must register and indicate that they will be competing in the partner workout and indicate their partner name in the registration form after payment.
This will be a wave-start competition. You will receive your heat time after signing up. Water, electrolytes, nutrition, and recovery ice baths will be provided to all participants. Your run will be outdoors...prepare accordingly!
